The Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance has concluded its First 2026 Bi-Annual Training Workshop for Mid-Level Accounts and Budget (A&B) Officers. The event, which took place from 27 – 30 April 2026, was held at the College’s Auditorium in Owerrinta, Abia State. In his welcome address at the opening ceremony, the Commandant of the College, Commodore BU Quadri, stated that the workshop was designed to equip officers with the knowledge and skills needed to manage financial resources effectively in an increasingly complex operational environment. The 4-day workshop, featuring presentations and practical sessions by seasoned professionals in public financial management and senior A&B officers, highlights the Nigerian Navy’s commitment to capacity development and operational excellence.
