On Wednesday 21 January 2026, the Flag Officer Commanding Naval Training Command (FOC NAVTRAC), Rear Admiral EA Zipele paid a visit to the Nigerian Navy College of Accounts and Finance (NNCAF) as part of his ongoing familiarization tour of colleges, schools and units under his Command. the visit afforded the FOC NAVTRAC to gain firsthand insight into the College’s environment and its challenges. The Senior Officer was received by the Commandant of the College, Commodore BU Quadri, alongside staff officers. The FOC NAVTRAC expressed satisfaction with the level of facility maintenance and infrastructural improvements in the College. Finally, he commended the Commandant and staff for their commitment to creating a functional and enabling learning environment, while encouraging sustained discipline and professionalism in the conduct of training.
